About this site

This page is operated by Krivox Inc., a Delaware corporation, in connection with its Apex Opinion product. The materials here are intended for board-certified physicians evaluating a closed founding panel invitation. The site is not a public solicitation, and the information presented is confidential.

This recruitment site (apexopinion.us) is intentionally separate from the Apex Opinion clinical platform. The clinical platform is operated on a different origin, and the privacy practices and safeguards described in this notice apply only to this recruitment site.

What we collect and how we use it

The application form on this page collects the following, only when you choose to submit it:

This information is used solely to evaluate your application to the founding panel and to coordinate any follow-up review with our founding team. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit, including IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This data is associated with the analytics cookie described below if you have given consent for analytics; otherwise no analytics record is created.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page-level engagement and to improve the experience. Analytics events tied to this page contain no health information and no identifying personal data beyond what Google Analytics collects by default (truncated IP address, device characteristics, referring URL, pages viewed).

We have configured Google Analytics with the following privacy hardening:

This site does not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, behavioral profiling tools, session replay, heatmapping, Meta Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag. The clinical platform is on a separate origin and uses no third-party analytics or tracking technologies of any kind.

Privacy signals: GPC and Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a binding opt-out from analytics and any data uses that may qualify as "sharing" or "sale" under California, Colorado, Connecticut, or other applicable state law. If your browser sends GPC, the analytics cookie is not set and the consent banner is not shown.

We also honor a legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal as an opt-out, even though DNT is no longer broadly supported.

Your privacy choices

If you accepted analytics on this site previously and would like to change your choice, use the button below to clear your stored preference. The cookie consent banner will reappear on your next visit to the recruitment site so you can decline analytics.

Your stored preference has been cleared. The cookie consent banner will reappear next time you visit the recruitment site, where you can choose Decline.

You can also email privacy@krivox.io to request that we delete your application data, opt you out of analytics, or otherwise restrict the use of information you have submitted.

Sale and sharing of personal information

Krivox Inc. does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not disclose personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties that would use it to market their own products.

Under California's CPRA, the use of certain analytics technologies (such as Google Analytics) may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. We have configured analytics to minimize this risk: ad personalization signals are disabled, Google Signals is disabled, and the GPC signal is honored as a binding opt-out. If you are a California resident, you can also use the Reset cookie preferences button above or email privacy@krivox.io to opt out.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to the limits of applicable law, you may request the following with respect to information you have submitted through this site:

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@krivox.io from the email address you used to apply. We may ask you to confirm one or two account-level facts (for example, the country of practice you submitted) to verify your identity before we act on a deletion or access request. We do not act on bulk, automated, or unverified requests.

Marketing site vs. patient platform

This recruitment site (apexopinion.us) is the only Apex Opinion property that uses analytics or other third-party measurement technologies. The Apex Opinion clinical platform (separate origin, separate deploy) processes patient health information and is intentionally free of third-party analytics, pixels, session replay, and behavioral profiling. This separation is enforced architecturally and verified by automated checks.

Patient health information

This page does not collect, transmit, display, or store any protected health information. This page is a recruitment site for physicians; it is not the clinical platform. The Apex Opinion clinical platform implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards aligned with HIPAA standards as our internal data-protection baseline, including data processing agreements with infrastructure vendors, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. Those safeguards apply only to the clinical environment, not to this recruitment site.

Confidentiality of the materials

The materials on this page describe a private founding panel program and are intended only for physicians who have been individually introduced to Apex Opinion by a member of the founding team. We ask that you not publish, distribute, or share screenshots or excerpts. If a colleague might be a fit for the panel, the right path is a direct introduction, not a forwarded link.

Independent contractor relationship

If you join the panel, you do so as an independent contractor. You set your own schedule, choose which cases to accept, exercise your own clinical judgment, and bring your own malpractice coverage. There is no employment relationship, no minimum hours, no non-compete, and no lock-in.

Security and data retention

Your application is transmitted over TLS to a third-party form processor and routed to our intake inbox. It is retained for the duration of our review, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping consistent with onboarding best practices. Analytics cookie data is retained at the user level for 14 months and then automatically deleted by Google Analytics; aggregate, non-identifying reports may be retained beyond that period. You may request deletion of your application data at any time as described in Your rights above.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For minor revisions (clarifications, contact updates), we will post the revised notice on this page. For material revisions (changes to what we collect or how we use it), we will additionally provide reasonable advance notice by email to applicants whose information we hold.
